570 Targeting JAK/STAT and Wnt/b-catenin pathways and 5a-reductase activity to develop an effective anti-hair loss product

Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is a multi-cause pathology resulting in hair cycle deregulation and production of short, fine hair. New insights into follicle biology understanding AGA have brought new strategies to treat it. The aim this study was demonstrate the interest using ingredients targeting well-known innovative biological targets develop an effective anti-hair loss product. active were evaluated on their ability regulate cycle.
